COnvocation

well, I WAS graduated since Monday. Now this is the letter announcing my convocation! And I went to test my smart card just now. This time MMU seemed want to show how high tech it is. The security guard told us that when we go up to the stage to receive our certificate, we will need to use our smart card to flash the reader, then our details will be appeared at the big screen.. Walaoeh...sounds high tech wo..but seriously,we only use our smart card before we enter the library. Sometimes use it to scan before we enter a lab or lecture hall..then no more la..Although MMU tried hard to fully utilize the smart card such as want to create a cashless environment in the univesity..but it failed..hahaha..student choy it dou soh, students still use cash to buy the food..siao meh..quite ma fan to keep reloading money la...And at last we found the second usage of this stupid RM60 smart card--to scan it during the convocation!

I am from cyberjaya and I end up having my convocation at that dewan sri negeri in Malacca??!! And the main hall supposed to be completed by this year..and now they said only fully completed in October...aih..sigh...cannot take photos where me in the robe in Cyberjaya already...:( Last year i went to senior's convocation, the dewan sri negeri was so sien la..totally no feel one...so small and too crowded..sien laaaaaaa....

and another thing, how come FOE cannot graduate together with FET ah???So stupid arrangement. Both FOE and FET are faculty of engineering, differs by the campus only.So actually some of my alpha coursemates and ex-housemates are from FET. Then now the sessions are different. Mine is saturday morning and theirs are sunday morning..memang pek chek la........cannot take photos together with them already. It is not convenient to wait until the next day as all of us are with family members. Sigh, hope the next convocation will be arranged in a better way..
